Wii Love Golf Online Play and other Tweaks

Rejoice! Finally, a golf game that takes advantage of Wii’s online features. About damn time too as well.
During an interview in the latest issue of Nintendo Power magazine, developer Camelot revealed the addition of online play, along with other tweaks, to the North American and European versions of upcoming title We Love Golf!
Using Wi-Fi Connection, players will be able to challenge random worldwide players in one-on-one outings or face their friends over six, nine or eighteen holes. Friend Codes will have to be swapped for friends to compete.
“Now you can play with a friend in you neighbourhood as well as anyone in the world,” the Camelot representative commented. “When you beat another player, their character’s face is added to your play sheet, so players will want to collect as many as possible.”
The North American and European editions of We Love Golf! will also receive multiple language support. New characters are being considered, the interview revealed, and the team has “tweaked the graphics a little in order to appeal to international players.” Swing speed is being rethought, as well.
